I vote against this. I believe we already have rules as to the order, so if you skip someone, it just won't count. Though I'd rather have someone keep track of who's next and such.

So this is based off of last names? I think usernames are better. But otherwise, I think we should make a list then of the initials of last names. Mine is a P.

ummm....i kinda agreed with it being last names. But I said we should tell what the initial of our last name is so that we don't skip turns. That needs to be a rule too?

guys. Last names would only be for real life games. Everything could be so much easier if we go by username. and if everyone didn't notice, I went first. C. then Cormac went. C. then Erniewan went. E. Follow the pattern.
Also, in case you guys decide to go by last name, which is incredibly dumb and confusing, mine is S.

Which is what I was saying and I actually thought that we were going by usernames. Most people thought so...but redearth said it was based off of last names which is kinda not practical since its so much easier to fure out who is next if we use usernames!!!

I propose that in every round (eight turns...from Caleton to Redearth), each person must vote supporting at least two. It is not necssary tht those two proposals must pass, just that each person has affirmed ny two proposals. Otherwise, we are not going to get any rules passed if everyone denies every proposal!!!

If this includes your own proposal for that round, then I vote Aye.
Oh, and I suppose Flipstar's rule was to list the last 2 letters of your name, which is unnecessary at this point, so I vote Nay.

LIST OF RULES
With 8 alive, it takes 8 to make a rule legal
Rule 301, by Caleton:
It takes only 5 votes to set up a rule, regardless of previous rules.
Yes: Caleton, Flipstar, Redearth
No: Cormac, Jerzkong, Eriewan
Rule 302, by Cormac:
Should all player but one vote for it, anyone person can be removed from the game.
Yes: Cormac
No: Caleton, Jerzkong, Erniewan,
Rule 303, by Erniewan
If anybody gets more than 30 points ahead of the second place person, they automatically lose those 30 points.
Yes: Erniewan, Cormac, Caleton, Jerzkong, Redearth, Hellfire, Flipstar
No:
Rule 304, by Flipstar
EVERYONE STATES THE FIRST 2 LETTERS IN THEIR LAST NAME, AND THE RULE MAKERS WILL GO IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER
Yes: Flipstar
No: Erniewan, Caleton
Rule 305, by Hellfire:
In every round (eight turns...from Caleton to Redearth), each person must vote supporting at least two. It is not necssary tht those two proposals must pass, just that each person has affirmed any two proposals.
Yes: Hellfire, Erniewan, Jerzkong, Caleton, Redearth
No:
Because no one is voting for my rule, we have to have EVERY SINGLE PERSON VOTE. Take, Erniewan's rule for example. It's a great rule. But because owlknight hasn't showed up, it can't be excepted. With the current rules, if any one person is inactive, nothing can be accomplished.
and guys, you must vote for all the rules. Don't just vote for one, and ignore the others.
These are preexistent rules that I think everyone should know about:
"105. Every player is an eligible voter. Every eligible voter must participate in every vote on rule-changes."
"108. Each proposed rule-change shall be given a number for reference. The numbers shall begin with 301, and each rule-change proposed in the proper way shall receive the next successive integer, whether or not the proposal is adopted."
"203. A rule-change is adopted if and only if the vote is unanimous among the eligible voters. If this rule is not amended by the end of the second complete circuit of turns, it automatically changes to require only a simple majority."
"206. When a proposed rule-change is defeated, the player who proposed it loses 10 points."
Also, the second part of this rule, I don't really get it:
"202. One turn consists of two parts in this order: (1) proposing one rule-change and having it voted on, and (2) players subtract 291 from the ordinal number of their proposal and multiply the result by the fraction of favorable votes it received, rounded to the nearest integer."
