Go Indian satellite! Seriously, I'm so happy we have it... the satellites here aren't that great :/

And I like Yakitate Ja-Pan.

This kid from Japan realizes that Japan doesn't have a national bread (look at the French stick), so he embarks on a journey to create the ultimate bread, armed with his Solar Hands. (His hands are warmer than normal which allows the yeast to unferment faster... I'm not a baker, so I don't really know what that means :/)

He gets into lots of competitions with his friends, but the main humour is the lead character's lack of common sense from anything apart from baking (one time the contestants had to pick a butter to use, and whoever didn't pick the right one gets disqualified: he chose, from choices A-G, C, because it rhymed with 'me'), and from the judges reaction to eating the bread. Seriously, some of the cutscenes following the eating are really random (e.g. one 'reaction' was so great that the judge went off and married an ugly woman - after the 'reaction' had passed, though, he divorced her).

The guy with the afro is the Judge's old mentor, and the kid with the blonde hair is the main character's team-mate/friend.

I've never actually seen this episode (not yet at any rate), but yeah, this is a 'reaction'.
