This game was originally going to be hosted at the DEM Anniversary Party, but we felt that it needed more players and more time for actions in order to be a success. It's a much simpler version of the Battle Royale format, so it should be easier to plan and strategize, and perhaps make alliances all that much more important. This game is loosely based on The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords in that each player will be a different color Link!
The rules of the game are simple:
Turns:
Each turn will last about 4 days, or when I receive all of the actions. Action order will be resolved in the order that you send 'em in, so it's in your best interest to send them as soon as possible. You can do two things during each turn: attack/defend and move.
Actions:
There are four weapons that you can use, each having varying effects.
Sword - You can hit someone with your trusty blade. Must be in the same square to attack. Damage: 25, Hit: 60%, Critical: 5%.
Bow - You can shoot someone with an arrow. Must be in an adjacent square to attack. Damage: 15, Hit: 85%, Critical: 15%.
Bomb - You can leave a bomb behind to explode. It will hit anyone ending up in that square. Damage: 10, Hit: 100%, No critical, can hit multiple players.
Shield - You can defend yourself from attacks. Lowers hit rate of attacks by 20%.
Move:
You can move before or after your action, but you must specify. Otherwise, I will assume what makes sense to me.

Terrain:
Short grass: Makes you harder to hit with a sword out in the open. +5% evasion
Tall grass: Makes you harder to hit with arrows under cover. +5% evasion
How to win:
Each player will start with 50 HP, and you will be removed from the game when you reach 0 HP. The last player standing will be named the legendary champion!
