I'm [HT] Zoot Suit Mahoney, if you were wondering.
I'm sure you all recognize that name after seeing it on your freezecam so often.

d**n i am just sucking really bad lately. I did fantastic as a sniper for a while, but then that was it. Im just getting owned by everyone and everything.
Anyway, i think im going to be changing my nick for a bit. Youll be able to recognize me by the [pop] in front of my name. (Currently [pop] Crab Nicholson)

I've actually started to do somewhat respectable at sniper.
Also reaaaaaaaly digging the Pain Train. It's quite sweet, particularly on Payload maps.

So I've discovered Balloon Race maps. Say what you will about the graphics or balance issues, I just find them really really fun to play, even when I'm losing. It's awesome that people have taken the basics of TF2 and applied them to such different scenario setups. Anyone else found interesting/different game modes?
Also, how do you set your name without having to do it before each map?

Mhm yeah but it doesn't protect you from stabbings or bullets B) Also, how do you set your name without having to do it before each map? You could change it from your steam account before you go in game OR you could hit SHIFT+TAB, the find "Settings," and change it from there. Speaking of name changes, I'm "[HT] king turd of poop island" now, so you know whose team to be on

LMM, Prop Hunt is a fun variation. One team is a prop from a map and you have to hide from the prop-checking pyros. I also am found of Zombie Fortress if you can find a good server. There's like 2 zombies, who are either Heavy, Scout, or Sniper. and they can only melee, when they kill somebody then they become a zombie as well.

^^ Zombie Fortress is actually the first mode I played (with CP as a matter of fact). That was a lot of fun!

I've had a lot of fun playing wacky races. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a server to play it on. In fact, after looking through my maps folder, i see a lot of fun custom maps that it seems no server hosts that map.

Sometime, we should all get together and play on some of these custom maps.

How's your playing been lately RPGM? Is it better than what it used to be? lagwise.

I think the perceived "lag" is a result of my graphics chip preforming at 2-15 fps (yes, I;m using m0re's highfps). I'm building a new computer though very shortly (should be up and working in a week to 2 weeks), so that should be fixed

Is there a list somewhere with downloads for the maps that Hamburger Time/Saxamaphone uses? My issue with cyberpunk is that every time I see friends playing it, I'll join the game, start downloading the map from the server, and it'll take so long that the round finishes and the download stops (without telling me, of course). I've found the other ones that I've seen (Black Mesa, cranetop, and some other stuff maybe) but I can't find a download for cyberpunk anywhere.
Also, I can't remember, was anyone else here a part of the Heavy+Demoman epic picnic (EPIC-NIC!?) a few nights ago?

They made it easier, considering it takes 2 to make a scrap and 3 to make a medal now.

Like, the day before they made that change, I'd crafted together a bunch of my excess weapons into scrap metal... D: I've learned my lesson. I have however, successfully crafted the K.G.B., the Tribesman's Shiv, and Crit-a-Cola. Yeah I could have waited to just find them, but I really wanted the first two. Besides, I have FOUR Scottish Resistances. Also this cake. Anyone else think they might release the Engineer Update at the same time as TF2 for Mac? Whenever that happens? Also, here's a list of servers that I play on and have found the community to be good on a fairly consistent basis: Fangamer.com Hamburger Time various "unofficial Reddit" servers Clan Nemu's servers
