Ok, so 8 gigs is quite a lot of space, and I need to fill this thing up with movies, songs, whatever.
For movies I have: Dodgeball: A true Underdog Story Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street Casanova (Hahaha)
I wont go into songs because there are too many. My only requirements is that the songs aren't rap, r and b, hip hop, country, classical, or jazz. I'm pretty much fine with everything else.
My iPod is HUNGRY!

www.ocremix.org has a ton of video game remix music, and though some of the songs are bland some are pretty awesome. If you want, I recommend some. Weird Al is a must, my favorites are Hardware Store, A Complicated Song, Yoda, White & Nerdy, and Eat It. And Caramelldancen is a pretty fun song. I'll let Jerzkong or Von Tesla give the more normal suggestions. Oh, and as for movies, I've probably said some of these before but: Star Wars Hot Fuzz Groundhog Day Kill Bill The Prestige Equilibrium The Usual Suspects Iron Man Speed Racer Gladiator

I was actually thinking about Hot Fuzz. Haha. I know for sure that I'll download The Prestige eventually, but I'm waiting until I go to New York so I can watch it on the plane. Iron Man and Speed Racer aren't out yet. I've seen enough Start Wars to last me forever. No thank you. And Kill Bill isn't really my sort of movie. I did like the fight scenes though. Never seen Groundhog Day or The Usual Suspects.
I'm not really into videogame music so i think I'll pass on those. ^_^ I've got some Weird Al already; Amish Paradise has to be my favorite spoof song. Caramelldacen is funny. Sure!

Groundhog Day is a comedy-romance movie, I'm sure you'll like it. And The Usual Suspects... well you've got to see that one!

Movies? Ughh...... Pan's Labriynth. It's in Spanish, but it's really good... won the Foreign Film Award at the Movie Festival Thing.
Songs: Eh..... You like metal? Have you heard Bat Country by Avenged Sevenfold?
Maybe you can try something like Orson or Moby....
:/
But I do know that the Prestige is a good movie...

Pan's Labyrinth was really good, but I dont think it's a movie I could watch anytime or many times. I did download Hot Fuzz, however, and it's definitely a movie that's enjoyable any time of day when I'm bored in the car or something.
Bat Country was really weird... >_>

Really? I liked the chorus.... I don't really have that many song choices... I mainly listen to the Postal Service, Death Cab, Snow Patrol, Ok Go, Orson and a few other artists.... How about New Soul by Yael Naim?

That's that Apple song. I'll go ahead and download it right now. Thanks. Some people are complaining 8 gigs isn't enough. And they have like 1000 songs on their iPod. That's ridiculous. I have around 100.

Yeah, it's not like you need to get every new song that comes out... Also, I liked the New Soul song. The other Apple song for the iPhone, Perfect Timing, is really nice too. I've listened to it tons of times.

For movies, I recommend a Nightmare on Elm Street 1-6 except for 2, which sucks, and Friday the 13th.

Oh, thanks, but I'm not really into horror movies that much. I liked the Scream franchise and Urban Legends, but seeing people get killed in cold blood by a weirdo/ghost isn't my thing. An American Werewolf in Paris is really good though. And woah, I just started listening to some of Paramore's stuff. They've got some really good stuff. I wont be downloading Perfect Timing. It's just... to whimsical. It was nice and all, but he must have said about thirty words the whole song. And I should probably start checking out Death Cab for Cutie. I refused to listen to them for a while because their band name was horrible.

Are you serious? My sister downloaded some of their songs on my account... and I thought it was some death metal or something I'd recommend the Cat Empire.... :S But it's jazz/rock/ska/funk, so hey, dunno if you'd like it.

Yeah, I usually listen to songs without lyrics, so I didn't mind. I like music better than lyrics anyways (unless they're hilarious), though I like voices when they've got great harmony. That's why I hate rap and heavy metal.

There was a movie called "Music and Lyrics" that put my thoughts about that perfectly. The music and tune is the initial attraction, but the lyrics are what make you fall in love with it. That's how I feel. Songs without lyrics just dont captivate me in the long run. Are you serious? My sister downloaded some of their songs on my account... and I thought it was some death metal or something Wait, Death Cab or Paramore? Because I've seen Death Cab CDs at Starbucks. They probably aren't death metal. Paramore isn't death metal either. It's kinda... punk/alternative rock. They've got some slow songs too so they do fluctuate. I have a love-hate relationship with ska and funk. Maybe... Ok, I dont like Death Cab for Cutie. It's not bad, but nah.

Oh no, Death Cab... I listened to a song by Paramore, 'Emergency'. Pretty good. I need to download them Totally agree. One reason why The Postal Service and Death Cab are pretty much my favourites. They have awesome lyrics. How do they come up with them?! you don't like death cab. oh my goodness there goes my grammar how could you? *dies*

I've heard a lot of music and have seen my fair share of music videos, but nothing has been able to disturb me as much as this. It was weird... @_@ No offense. I just dont know what to make of it... And Shawn of the Dead was pretty good. I have Hot Fuzz already though, which in my opinion is twice as good, so having both would be kinda meh.

Remy Zero... is amazing. I didn't even know they wrote Save Me, the theme of Smallville, until just today. I'll be sure to check up on their stuff later when I have the time.

Tomorrow I leave for NY on an airplane which means many hours of boredom. I already plan to watch The Prestige, but that's not nearly long enough to fill even half the flight. Aid me, fellow members!
