Elaborate. Why are you leaning town?

Because he asks questions.

Scum can ask questions too. Need I point you to avengers mafia, where I was scum and on day 1 I put forth effort to ask every person in the game one question. Is it only because he asks questions or is there something else to it?

Like I said, it's early in the game.

Now you're just avoiding the question. Is there something else to it, or is it just because he asks questions?

Who do you have a town read on so far?

Interesting. I suppose at the very least you took a somewhat solid stance on someone, so I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt...
Ernie, what's your take on this?

I currently have no town reads and no scum reads.

In fact, I'm going to ask everyone right now to give me a read on VGA.

I'm not really sure with the way he was so indirect about answering questions, but I guess I could buy him being Indy if not town. At least he's actually been here answering questions. Even if it takes work to get it out of him, at least he answered it now as opposed to way later in the day, like some people who want to avoid being pressured are prone to do.
Maybe I'm reading into this too much, but the way you asked Ernie before you asked the rest of us might indicate you trust Ernie at least a bit? IDK, the way you picked him just makes me think there's some significance there.
I know I'm late on this but Indiana Jones as the Indy would be the coolest thing ever.

Nah, I just wanted to specifically hear ernie's opinion of VGA for personal reasons that I would reveal later, but I realized it would be much more effective to hear -everyone's- opinion of VGA, and that way I can gauge the town as a whole as opposed to read just one (or two) person(s)

XD Indy the Indie
I'm not sure what to think of vga, he's being very blunt now. I was actually thinking he could be a very reckless mafia at first, then changed to possible indie, but now that he says he's Town rather than Indie, he seems like he's just hiding something (which could be any alignment). I'll keep an eye on him.

Interesting. I suppose at the very least you took a somewhat solid stance on someone, so I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt... Give him the BotD on what? What does this mean he leans to you? Sorry, this just isn't clear to me.

I had a theory that there would be multiple indies in this game (that's why I thought vga could be), but then I remembered the mechanic I was thinking of was Motivator Mafia, not Karma Mafia. Still could be indie(s) though.

There's certainly some plausibility to there being multiple indies in such an unorthodox game like this, but I wouldn't bet on it with nothing else to go off of.

Also: Fatalfiend: just to get a base of information... how many games of mafia have you played before? What is your general playstyle? I have played 4-6 games I think, can't really remember much, this is my first game in over a year.

I was pressuring him because I was suspicious of him. However, he gave a somewhat solid stance so I gave him the BotD

I already stated, I have no scum suspicions and no town suspicions, however pending responses on my question, I believe that's subject to extreme change.
For now, specifically, I'd say VGA is null-leaning scum.

Thanks, I just wanted to get you to state an exact suspicion on him before everyone else did. I thought it especially important because you were the one who asked for everyone's opinion on him, and you usually answer any questions that you ask other people.

I don't want to paint him guilty just yet, as I'm unsure of exactly what he would have gained from being scum and acting the way he did, but I do want to keep an eye on him.
I guarantee half the town will get on, post, and ignore my question though.

auuugh I'm SO glad I stopped refreshing this game while I was at work because the entirety of Page 2 made me want to bash my head against a wall.
This....ugh. This is all so very reminiscent of every game VGA has been town in ever. And the one time he was playing claimed indy (game never finished) he played it very similar to how he's been playing as town. But my god. That was. ugh. tl;dr VGA is null-scum but I'm not ready to lynch him yet because this is all stuff he's done as town before.
Currently leaning town on GG; null on everyone else.

Because I always lean scum on him. And Page 2 was just soooooo....blah. Ernie is still null. I'mma keep my eye on him, but I'm not exactly overwhelmingly suspicious of him yet.
